I don't know who has heard about this, but Del Rey is doing a new manga...X-men manga.
The first is going to be a Shounen (girl's) manga about Kitty Pryde (aka Shadowcat) and how she's the only girl at Xavier's institute...her best friend is (as in the other comics) Kurt Wagner (aka Nightcrawler) and...my favorite X man. This is pretty much the new character design for him...though I don't draw him very well. [link] That is the sketch of him and Bobby Drake (Aka Ice Man) Don't tear him apart...I know a lot of people are NOT happy about the fact that the X-men are being drawn as bishounen...but...I didn't come up with the idea and I happen to like shounen Kurt Wagner so...sue me. Kurt Wagner is property of Marvel comics and this take on him is inspired by Del Rey. |

But just a small correction 'Shounen' means boy thus 'Bishonen' (beautiful boy). 'Shojo' means girl, such as Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon (Beautiful Girl Solider Sailor Moon)
